Now you must select how Outlook will connect to the internet to send and receive your email. If you are using our high speed internet service you need to select Connect using my local area network [LAN]

Once you have selected how Outlook will connect to the internet click Next.

Congratulations you have set up your email!!

Click the Finish button and you are done with setting up the account. You probably want to make sure that  mail.tincans.net is set as your default mail account. To see how to do that continue to the next page of the tutorial.
